the bed was squeaky and needed to be flip, we sunk into the King size bed. woke up with achy backs. the room was not totally cleaned upon arrival the window to the outside had face markson it, cleaned it myself. great hotel for location but overal stay would of went somewhere else more comfortable. This hotel has a cool castle-like vibe. Room we had was HUGE- two king beds. Hotel faces the KU campus in a residential neighborhood. Two houses down are a few frat houses and college apartments. It is right there by the football stadium as well!
