I don’t live here, however I recently took a tour and the leasing staff were the kindest people I’ve probably met in Lawrence so far. Super personable and friendly. They make the apartment hunting process easy and enjoyable.

I really enjoy living here: the community is quiet and clean. It’s very dog friendly with all the waste stations and dog park. The staff in the office are always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is prompt and thorough. Plus I love all the storage I have and the enclosed patios.
