“This is our second year living at The Frontier West and we love it! The apartments are very nice and pet friendly! We love using the pool and the gym!The management is also great! Nora and Megan always set up fun things for the residents to do. They do so much to make living here extra sweet!Maintenance is easy to get ahold of and issues are fixed in a timely manner.We highly recommend living here!”

“I've been at this apartment for three years, and it's genuinely been a great experience. TieRre was super helpful from day one, guiding me through the move-in during the pandemic and ensuring my move-out went smooth. Sarah and Kelsey have been solid, always there to address any issues promptly. And the maintenance team? They're on point, always quick to fix things up.Everyone here has been kind and attentive, which really makes a difference. As for the neighborhood, it's a gem. Having a park right across the street is a nice touch, and the whole area has a peaceful vibe.I'm not big on writing Google reviews, but this place deserves it. Really appreciate all they've done and how much I've enjoyed living here!”

“I have just moved in August 25th and I am very happy with everything so far. The renovations were pristine with new appliances. The inside of the building is also kept very clean and clearly taken care of. Any issues I have had were promptly taken care of and the management seems to sincerely care for its residents!! Great place to stay especially for the cost!”

“I have nothing but the upmost experience. I love the apartment, amenities and the neighborhood! I have never had any problems with the area being too loud, or my neighbors being too loud. I love waking up every morning and being able to watch the golfers. It is in a great location being close to all parts of Lawrence.”

“Gage has been pretty decent with us. They have a mixed history based on other reviews, but other than sort of dragging thier feet a bit on certain repairs, and the typical landlord shenanigan of asking us to renew our lease like 6+ months in advanced, we haven't had any issues with them.”

“Denni clearly does not live here lived here for a long time and this new management will only use scare tactics and I actually hate my life right now cause I live here. UPDATE!!!!!!! They have ridden of the landlord who made me sick, because of how mean they where so. I am updating my review to 4 stars. I have met the new guy that is managing this complex now and he is so sweet and nice and actually treats us like a human being unlike we are dogs so thank you. So now I do encourage to come live here beacuse I have lived here for 6 years and to be honest it’s not that bad. We started are life here and have awesome memories we came here with nothing and every one beside the guy they have finally gotten rid of helped us so much. so thank you I have the weight of that stress and being scared is gone. To summarize I would recommend living here now. Thank you village square for putting these amazing family’s that live here first before mean people.”

“I have had zero issues! I had to put in a maintenance request when I first moved in to fix a piece of the flooring and they came within a couple days and got it fixed quick! I've seen people talking about bubbly floors and I do have a few but it isn't an issues and doesn't affect my daily life in the slightest. I've also seen people talk about fleas and mold, I have seen zero of that. Everything was clean and nice when I moved in. They neighbors are all kind and I haven't noticed any dogs barking and I have seen quite a few. At the end of the day this is a wonderful complex and I have recommended it so multiple people and they love it!”
“I just turn 18 over the summer and I was getting ready to go to college and needed a apartment my anxiety was through the roof about how would my land lord be and things of that nature but all that anxiety went away when I met Rona she gotta be one of the nicest good hearted people I have met ever since moving here she hasn’t be anything but so sweet and nice it just makes you smile I have ran into issues with my neighbor but mind you almost everyone and everyone I ran into are so nice they will sit there and have a conversation with you for 40 minutes without even knowing your name makes you happy knowing there still good hearted people out in this world but when I brought it to her attention of what been going on with my neighbor and she was so understanding and made me feel so much better being far from home she makes me feel as if I was apart of her family and the maintenance man is always on the move working and is also a great guy just by the energy and short talks I had with him you report something being wrong in your place he will see to it immediately fix and let you know what’s the problem so you don’t constantly keep running into the problem they deserve every blessing that comes there way all and all the place is great the sunset is beautiful and the people are so warm hearted it puts you in a good mood and it seems like everyone has adorable dogs it’s actually crazy to me definitely to place to move if you want to be in a good peaceful environment with other good hearted people”
