They did a great job fixing my truck, however there was a problem with getting the parts, so it took longer than expected, and I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on, and how long it would take.Overall, they did a great job but better communication regarding the parts delay would have bumped them to a five star rating.”

“Unfortunately I have had need for their services twice in the last year due to careless drivers running into and damaging my beautiful car. Although 10 years old it runs, looks and drives like a new one because I keep it in immaculate condition, so any damage is very upsetting. I worried about getting it fixed and how would it ever be the same. I tone it to the guys at Service Body Shop. The first time it was just a side swipe and a small debt but SBS made it disappear. The second time the front was damaged to the tune of more than $4000. SBS found a lot of damage hidden under the stricture and replaced and or fixed it all. I had a small jail sent in the front hood that was there when I bought it and I always wanted it gone. I couldn't Belhaven it but the body shop fixed it. No charge. It was a small thing but big to me. These guys care and really understand how much our cars mean to us. Thanks Guys!”

“Carstar did a good job on my vehicle .My only issue was the time involved to complete the repair. However most of it was not their fault. More damage was found after the fact and the body shop had to make an amended estimate to the insurance company which slowed down the process plus it was over the Christmas holidays and the insurance company drugged theirfeet in completing their new amended estimate. A one week repair turned into one month. The work done by CarStar was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone needing a repair.”
“My lovely wife got into an scary and startling accident on a Sunday morning before church 19 days before our family vacation. With 16 days left we brought our Lexus GX 460 2021 to Crash Champions with extensive front end damage in NO condition to drive on the highways or anywhere for that matter! “These guys have been in business for almost 40 yrs. If they have been around this long...it speaks volumes. Anyways, my vehicle got into a minor vehicle accident that damaged my driver side door and fender. Got a quote within 10 minutes and estimated completion date. Vehicle was dropped off on Monday and ready for pick up the same week on Wednesday. We did a joint inspection of the work and you couldn't even tell that it was ever in an accident. No damage and paint blended well. I'm pretty picky when it comes to details and I was speechless. Awesome work. Thanks Brian and your body guy for the amazing job.”

“I recently bought a truck that had been used by a company that put a sign on the roof. They'd cut a hole for wiring, and the sign's base had worn through the paint and the metal had started rusting. I stopped by my regular body shop for an estimate, and was quoted $3000 to replace the entire roof of the cab. The next shop I visited give me a price of $1300. Both of those were a little bit outside of my price range. Our neighbors recommended I get a price from JR. When I stopped by his shop he gave me a price of $300. I was a little bit concerned about the quality of the work with that much of a price difference. But, it was affordable and I set an appointment. I was very, very impressed with the work that was done. The truck looks very good, and I would highly recommend his shop.”
