I had to buy another vehicle from another dealer that just came out of the blue and was totally unexpected. But it was on a car without a package I really didn’t need and consequently 8K less. So I backed out of the deal with him. It actually was a hard decision to make since Alec had spent so much time getting me a tremendous deal on his vehicle. I was so impressed with service he provided on a repair of the wrap on my car. My entire care is wrapped, and he went the extra mile to repair minor wrap issues on my car to make it completely look new. His honesty is what was so amazing, because he could have charged me a lot more, but he gave me the option to repair the issue and if I was not satisfied, we could go the more expensive route and replace the entire area. “We had a flat tire on our Mustang and I remembered passing Kansasland Tire right off I-135 near Park City. Called them talked to Randall, friendly and professional. Quickly able to find our tire and was able to get it in same day. Walked in the front office with my wheel and shredded tire, they had my new tire waiting, and they quickly grabbed it and got to work. In and out fast. Didn’t realize that location is primarily commercial focused but that made no difference……completely customer focused. Refreshing! Nice job Kansasland!”

They said that the issue was covered by a TSB and to take it to the dealership because they would cover it at no cost. “Flew from Denver to purchase a BMW M5 in Jan '23. It has spent 31 days in the shop for engine light (fuel pump, then a turbo failed). They charged a doc fee and didn't send the docs to Denver until April. In May, Denver DMV notified dealer that the application was incomplete…Update: Wes went above and beyond to make it right, working with BMW Denver Downtown to get the car back in order, refunded doc fee and overnighted the docs to me so I could take them myself. Service at every manufacturer’s dealership has declined lately, but Wes has it right. Cheers!”

“Right off the bat, I was very impressed with how professional they were and how quickly they were able to get me in. Less than a day passed and they had already diagnosed the issue and called me with a quote, at which time things went downhill.The quote for front brake pads was astronomical, and they told me that was primarily due to the time they spent diagnosing. I do not think it should take any substantial amount of time to measure brake pads and was very upset at this point, so I sent an email to them expressing my issue with paying $420 for 2 brake pads, which they never replied to.However, when I went in to pay the bill and pick up my car, they had waived the $140 "diagnostic" and I ended up paying a reasonable price for this job . My car is older and needs more work, and Yost earned themselves a repeat customer by taking care of me and charging me a price that didn't make me sick to my stomach.Service: Auto brake replacement”

“I recently bought a truck that had been used by a company that put a sign on the roof. They'd cut a hole for wiring, and the sign's base had worn through the paint and the metal had started rusting. I stopped by my regular body shop for an estimate, and was quoted $3000 to replace the entire roof of the cab. The next shop I visited give me a price of $1300. Both of those were a little bit outside of my price range. Our neighbors recommended I get a price from JR. When I stopped by his shop he gave me a price of $300. I was a little bit concerned about the quality of the work with that much of a price difference. But, it was affordable and I set an appointment. I was very, very impressed with the work that was done. The truck looks very good, and I would highly recommend his shop.”
