“I went to this location to switch from metro pcs after being with them for 10 years and I was having a bad experience with Metro trying to turn on my new phone because my old one was broke. I walked in not in the greatest of moods (menopausal mood)There was a young lady named Daiva that assisted me and my daughter change everything over for me and my husband. Let me just say that with my slight temperament at this moment from leaving Metro PCs (2 doors down from Cricket )poor Daiva kind of received some frustration from me and she was handling everything amazingly. She made sure I got the best plans for me and my husband and she helped us with a discount program that saved us $30 a month. This girl works great under pressure and deserves a raise. Thank you again Daiva your customer service skills were outstanding.I recommend switching to Cricket if you are with Metro PCs I haven’t dropped a call since and it runs a lot faster”

“While I usually don’t write reviews, I’ll gladly give them one. The people there are always friendly. I’ve had my husband’s phones fixed there multiple times. My husband is very rough with phones because of where he works. They get it fixed in minutes every time. They do it for a reasonable price. I would give 5 stars, but however, their screen replacements are not always the same. I don’t know if it’s a vendor issue, but the consistency is sometimes off. But over all would recommend. “I have a cricket store by my house and i had to drive to this one for help looking for a new cellphone. Cricket worker near 78th & state was very lazy did not call other stores to check stock of the cell i wanted she just told me to order online by myself!!. As soon as i got out of store i called this Cricket store myself. They had the cell i wanted. The service at this location is extremely good. The worker who helped me was named Lovely. She was very helpful. I was very satisfied with the service. When we walked out the store even my daughter said "Now that is good service"☺Highly recommend this location.”
