They are smiling faces in the midst of a widespread disaster for many. Not only are they kind, but accommodating. I had some issues with malfunctioning of the the first car and heavy smoking having taken place in the next one. Finally I was able to get a wonderful replacement. They were helping me and a full lobby of people get vehicles just as quickly as possible. There were other employees stopping by to assist from other stores.
