“100% better then my first experience. Will went above and beyound when he upgraded the vehicle due to the one I requested was not ready. This reminded me of my first experience when vehicle was not ready I was offered an upgrade but at a cost which I declined and waited over 30 min. for my rental.

“I had an insurance claim in progress for hail damage. I went to Enterprise as a partner to my insurance company. Jackson, Olivia, and Drake are beyond helpful. They are smiling faces in the midst of a widespread disaster for many. Not only are they kind, but accommodating. I had some issues with malfunctioning of the the first car and heavy smoking having taken place in the next one. Finally I was able to get a wonderful replacement. They were helping me and a full lobby of people get vehicles just as quickly as possible. There were other employees stopping by to assist from other stores. I felt like it was customer service at the highest level. Thanks for all the help!”

“I had the best car rental experience ever at this location. I have rented quite a few cars using Enterprise as well as other car rental companies and the service I received at this location was much more superior than I have ever received at any other location. Everyone was extremely helpful making sure to answer all my questions thoroughly. They were pleasant and made me feel as if my business was important to them. I have never felt this at any car rental company. This was a first for me! From my first telephone conversation with the staff person who assisted me with my initial reservation to picking up my car where I was met at the counter by an extremely friendly and very personable Meka Edwin, everything went smoothly. I want to recognize the employees at this location, and I hope I remember all of you because you all deserve kudos for the job you do - I already mentioned Meka, but I also want to mention Dante H., Corey A., and Christian T. If I missed anyone, I'm sorry :) You all are an asset to Enterprise and I truly hope they value what you do for their company. You all make them look great!!! Happy Holidays!”

“I bought a friend here to purchase a car. She found exactly what she wanted, then the manager took the time to fix a couple of small things she wanted. While working on the car the mechanic found a problem and they fixed that also. They didn't charge anything other than what she paid for the car. Thank you UU Motors.”
