I was actually really impressed with the customer service and how helpful they were I got off work and got there a little before close and still received great help getting set up with a new carrier and service definitely one of the best experience I've had dealing with any company over the years

When you go to the store in person the service it’s good but when you try to communicate with them through the phone they will ignore you, at the time I didn’t have a car so I had to do almost all my stuff by the phone, I was trying to add my military discount so I tried to communicate by phone with the guy that enrolled me into my plan, I got completely ignored by him causing to me to have to pay a full bill, after two months I went to California and my service was really bad, cutting off all the time, I also changed my phone I they told me Verizon was gonna charge me for upgrading my phone LIKE WHY? I paid it off immediately, what’s they necessity of getting charged for that, I decided to get transferred to another company the same day, before my month was expired so I didn’t have to pay another month, when I got transferred I was told everything was good! It’s been a month after that and now I received an email saying I’m getting charged around $112, when I got Verizon for first time I was never told all this, why am I getting charged for something that I didn’t use? Terrible experience.

I have a problem with ads popping up on my phone. And they have been of no use in-store in resolving this issue. I resorted to calling a Tech. They both were courteous and useless. My problem remains. My Tech savvy kids say I will have to factory reset my phone. That is a LAST RESORT. Not getting my money's worth as a loyal customer.

Spent over an hour here, after a good experience i was told my new iphone would be activated shortly. i said ok thank you and said id wait in my truck. my phone notified me failed to activate and seek verizon assistance. i went back to the store and the door is locked with customers still inside. (it is snowing and 32 degrees outside)i was ignored for about 5 minutes and a gentleman who worked there finally came to the door and tapped at his watch notifying me the store was closed. i showed him the notification through the door window and he signaled be right back. after 15 minutes he still hasnt returned. around 20 minutes the customers that were in the store came out and i asked the employee who let them out what was going on. he stated they were closed and shut the door on me. talk about customer service. After 2 hours on the phone with customer service i am out of an activated phone for possibly 42 hours. On a sidenote GREG was the only one that was helpful and nice to me.
