I was actually really impressed with the customer service and how helpful they were I got off work and got there a little before close and still received great help getting set up with a new carrier and service definitely one of the best experience I've had dealing with any company over the years

Slow service, feels like they are trying to push doing everything yourself and online. Could be challenging for older people.

I have a problem with ads popping up on my phone. And they have been of no use in-store in resolving this issue. I resorted to calling a Tech. They both were courteous and useless. My problem remains. My Tech savvy kids say I will have to factory reset my phone. That is a LAST RESORT. Not getting my money's worth as a loyal... read full comment
