“My iPhone had been having issues charging for quite some time until recently it just stopped wanting to charge all together. I was on the verge of buying a new phone which I didn’t want to do, so instead, in desperation I brought it here to see if they could fix the issue. A nice young lady told me it would probably just need a good cleaning. They quoted me at $25 plus tax for the cleaning and said if she couldn’t get it to charge that they wouldn’t make me pay for the service. I left my phone with her and came back about 20 minutes later and to my surprise she cleaned it up and it was charging like brand new again. I almost couldn’t believe how well it was doing after all the trouble I was having with it. I happily paid the cleaning fee and saved myself the headache of needing to buy a new phone. Thank you so much to that kind employee who assisted me with my issue and corrected it. I would highly recommend using this business! Several days later I’m happy to report it’s still doing great and charging like a dream!”

“Upgraded my phone yesterday, got the new LG Stylo 5. I wish Cricket would give long-standing customers a little better discount when upgrading to new phones, but I am still very happy. This Cricket authorized dealer has always given me best customer service. She helped me set up my new phone, and I went back today and had my old phone unlocked so that I can give that to my granddaughter and she was very helpful with that as well. Why anyone would go to any other service but Cricket is beyond me.”

“I recently went into the store in a huge hurry and worked with (Schandra...i believe thats her name? mom, blonde hair and glasses) She was incredibly nice. Was very respectful of my time and worked hard to help me get in and out in a hurry without making me feel guilty or anything which normally people tend to do these days. She encouraged me to sign up for internet which i will be doing when i have a chance to return. I'll always go back to this location because of her excellent customer service and assistance!”
