“My iPhone had been having issues charging for quite some time until recently it just stopped wanting to charge all together. I was on the verge of buying a new phone which I didn’t want to do, so instead, in desperation I brought it here to see if they could fix the issue. A nice young lady told me it would probably just need a good cleaning. They quoted me at $25 plus tax for the cleaning and said if she couldn’t get it to charge that they wouldn’t make me pay for the service. I left my phone with her and came back about 20 minutes later and to my surprise she cleaned it up and it was charging like brand new again. I almost couldn’t believe how well it was doing after all the trouble I was having with it. I happily paid the cleaning fee and saved myself the headache of needing to buy a new phone. Thank you so much to that kind employee who assisted me with my issue and corrected it. I would highly recommend using this business! Several days later I’m happy to report it’s still doing great and charging like a dream!”

“Upgraded my phone yesterday, got the new LG Stylo 5. I wish Cricket would give long-standing customers a little better discount when upgrading to new phones, but I am still very happy. This Cricket authorized dealer has always given me best customer service. She helped me set up my new phone, and I went back today and had my old phone unlocked so that I can give that to my granddaughter and she was very helpful with that as well. Why anyone would go to any other service but Cricket is beyond me.”

“My husband and I went in to the Olathe store on Blackbob to get help with a billing issue and a credit that was due on our account. We had been trying to get it fixed for awhile and we were feeling very frustrated. We had an appointment with Eve in December and she spent a lot of time with us trying to fix the problem. She was able to get our bill fixed and our credit issued. Fast forward to February and 2 bills later still no credit on our account. I reached out to Eve again. She got right back to me and tirelessly resolved the issue and finally got us our credit. She goes above and beyond for her customers. She ROCKS! Thank you Eve!!!!!”
“Clean location, but no open registers. after waiting for a while at one self checkout, I noticed another self checkout at the opposite end. I waited in a short line, and got out. Open some registers, too many customers are using self checkout.”
“Overall, Target's prices are higher than other major retailors but I love their selection. They tend to have more styles and the shelves are very organized. Shopping their clearance section will give you the most bang for your buck. The stores are always clean and their employees are very visible and helpful. In my experience, most Targets are pretty much the same and I've never been to a "bad" Target.”

She encouraged me to sign up for internet which i will be doing when i have a chance to return. I'll always go back to this location because of her excellent customer service and assistance!”
“Went in to get some questions answered about changing to Verizon after 20+ years with another carrier. Lam Hoang was great to work with, and I left knowing I was going to make the switch. Came back with my family an hour later, and Lam got us set up. He’s been available to answer other questions I’ve had and has made this process much easier.
