“I visited this business 2 times for the same part. Why the 2nd time? The 1st time they acted like they did not have the part. The 2nd time because I could visually see the part I wanted from the road behind their security fence. The 2nd visit the parts counter man just shakes his head no and claims he is not going to be bothered. Granted the part was small, but I could see the reflector I was looking for and it was on a grill that was smashed up. Small part was not worth their time. Glad I decided to leave and order a kit for all reflectors and turns signals from amazon. Such a small sale is hard to justify from a yard that has to send someone out to the yard to gather up the part.”
“Upon getting an oil change and tire rotation at Roper Kia, the service department at Kia indicated that my tires needed to be aligned. This didn't sound right to me because my vehicle is barely a year old and I haven't hit anything or had any indication that my tires needed aligned. They offered to align them immediately. I declined and called Steve's Frame & Body Shop instead and made an appointment. When I brought my vehicle into Steve's, they promptly let me know that my tires did not need to be aligned. At Steve's, you'll get honesty and kindness. And they didn't charge me a dime. Also, their alignment price is $60 cheaper than Roper Kia. Steve's has all of my future business.”

“Salvage yards are hit and miss. This is a good one! They seem to be honest and actually care about the parts they are selling people.Remember to be patient with them...all their parts aren't sitting in a box on a shelf like at an auto parts store.I purchased a fuel tank and a evap hose. I'm super thankful places like this exist. They saved me over 300 dollars if I would have purchased the parts new.They even have a junk yard dog haha made my day!”

“I had problem with anti freeze leak, called n asked Ethan if they could pls diagnose where it's leaking from. Ethan said sure come here, I did. They happened to have barry there who is mechanic n just filling g in for the day. He checked where leak is coming from, then squeezed my hose n he said it's breathing (noise) n said you need new cap. Wholly I bought cap n now I don't have empty reservoir. Thank you boys so much. I know businesses get backed up, but this was super helpful, since it's my sons car and he works and goes to school. Nobody would touch his BMW locally, but two places. I totally recommend autohaus!”
