“Highly recommended. I was recently in town for business and got a puncture in my tire. I brought it to this location to have it fixed. After they were recommended by another tire shop. Not only were the staff friendly, but they went above and beyond. They ended up offering us a ride to a local Pub to get a bite to eat while we waited for the tire to be repaired. Then they also picked us up. But the most amazing thing about this situation was they were unable to fix my tire and refused to take any payment for their time. You cannot beat honesty with customer service leading the way.”

“As a young female, going to mechanic/auto body shops is always a nightmare. I know enough about vehicles to keep my car in good condition, but I don't have any means to do shop work on my own. I found Ferrel's on a whim. My alternator went out in my vehicle, and the closest shop to me quoted me over $1800 to do work on it. I was shocked, to say the least. I knew I could get parts for under $300 and just needed someone to do the labor. When I went back into the shop with my boyfriend, they changed their mind and said it was $300 less than what they quoted me, but would not give me a receipt or copy of the price layout. In a panic, I called Ferrel. Over the phone they quoted me a much more reasonable price, and were also shocked at what the other shop wanted me to pay. Although they were busy, they squeezed me into the schedule and got my vehicle done by the middle of the following week. They were incredibly kind and professional. They explained all the work they did, showed me some additional things they did to make sure my vehicle was all tuned up, and never made me feel like I was some 'dumb woman' who didn't know cars.
I've gone back several times for check ups and when I'm questioning something about my vehicle. They have always been forward, honest, and provide great service.”

“After coming back from vacation I had a dead battery. Went and had it tested at O’Reilly’s and auto-zone to be told my alternator is bad. Came to Marshall and they told me and showed me it was just a junk battery. These gentlemen saved me $700 by giving me accurate and correct information. Needless to say I will be back if I have any other vehicle needs! Great customer service, the owner is hands on, and every employee is a genuine friendly person.”

“These guys go above and beyond. I took a farm pickup truck to them to detail. This truck had carried dog. Was driven on dirt road and was caked with years of dirt and dust. They worked 6 hours on a job that usually took 2 to 3 and did not charge any extra. I would have paid more. Friendly, professional, and very conscientious about their work.”

“I flew in from MN to purchase a 2010 Tundra with 190K Miles on it from Benjies August '24. I do lots of research and have purchased vehicles from SD, TX, AZ, MN, and Internationally. I had dozens of Tundras I wanted but called to Benjie's first and I am glad I did. Honest and upfront used car sales. Nothing will be perfect with an old car but the honesty about issues and ability to work with customers when problems arise is a big factor for me to buy. Benjies has done that and more for myself and if you check the reviews they do right to their customers when problems occur. Top to Bottom Ashley, Ray and Michael were all amazing people to work with. Not looking to make a quick sale or quick buck at all. Thanks for the truck.
