Finally I went into the dealership in Platte City just to see if the truck I was looking at online was as nice as it looked in the pictures (most times it is not). To my surprise, it was better than I expected. Additionally, working with the owner (Brian) was absolutely one of the best experiences I've ever had with a car dealership. He worked with me like we were friends and gave me the best deal he could have possibly given me. Since moving to Kansas City 2 years ago, I've almost exclusively patronized Roberts for any service my vehicle has needed - for things as simple as an oil change or a key fob battery replacement, to more complex service issues. Jeremy, and everyone else in the service department that I've met, has been friendly, honest, and helpful. They are always quick to get me scheduled and I'm never being sold unnecessary work. They always take the time to go over everything and answer any questions I may have. While I haven't bought a car here and therefore can't speak to that, I will say their service department is just top notch. And I love the small-town feel, where you're a valued customer and not just another number.”

“These guys were amazing- especially Manager Ken. We were traveling from Colorado to Arkansas for Christmas, and the mechanic who worked on my car previously didn’t tighten the lug nuts enough and the front tire came flying off on the highway!!! We waited until the shop opened at 8am and manager Ken took care of us immediately and was able to squeeze us in on their last day open before Christmas. He even brought us snacks while we were waiting and everyone was super kind to our dog that we brought along. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them!! They are phenomenal people.”

They helped us get the bolts and spoiler epoxied back together and got us back on the road! Awesome guys, and willing to help out!”

The last time I came in, one of the men (I think the manager) predicted a conversation verbatim between the owner and another customer. That just goes to show how well they know their business and customers. If there is a line, I get to wait in my car and stay in it during the oil change.”
“This place was amazing getting me in for an estimate quickly and then telling them my situation of leaving for vacation in a week and wanting to get it in while on vacation so I didn’t have to get a rental and they got it done 3 days after I got back so no rental needed my car was clean and no more hail damage they even took time to pull out a dent that was not part of the hail damage I can not say enough great things about this place honestly couldn’t have asked for better”
