It was a big job and they did a very thorough job installing it also through the process they kept me informed of the progress of the install and even sent some photos as it progressed. “I pull my horses with a 2002 Ford F250 diesel. It is a beast. But, it is also ancient (in vehicle-years). Thank God for Dirt Road. They didn't blink at the age of the vehicle or the problems I was having. They also got it fixed and running in short time (after a short wait because they are so busy -- they are VERY GOOD at what they do!) “I was referred to this location / shop by my regular mechanic Johnny, owner and head mechanic at German Motor Works. Johnny has done the maintenance on my BMW for 5 years exclusively and I trust his judgement.
I called Discount Wheel & Tire and Jessica answered and was super helpful. They close at 5pm but the earliest I could get there was 4:45 from getting off work. I explained my tire situation to Hassan and he explained the issue and what my options were. He quoted me out for a replacement set of rear tires and gave me three options to choose from in terms of price / quality. The option I went with he had in stock and was able to get me in next day to put the new tires on and even have his mechanic stay past the 5pm close time so that they could get it done for me asap. I was very surprised with how reasonably priced the tires were / how well he explained the issue and the options presented.
Showed up the next day and they got the new tires on for me staying late past close. Very happy with the process and ultimately the prices and level of service. I will be using this shop moving forward and I can see why Johnny refers clients here. Jessica and Hassan have been great to work with. The shop is reputable, honest, and great prices while presenting multiple options depending on your budget. Don’t go to Firestone or a big corporate tire / rim shop. Go here and get the best prices and service with quality staff and ownership. 10/10 stars. I will be back and highly recommend this place. My vehicle is a high end BMW and I am particular on who works on it but this place is now a trusted go to for me. Thank you !!”

“I have used BG Products for years now. They have proven themselves to be a worthwhile investment in your vehicle's longevity.
As a master automotive technician, in the beginning, I was reluctant to sell/use them.
One thing that helped prove their worth to me was the cooling system flush. I had a customer bring in their car and it was really neglected. The coolant looked like mud (literally). Years before, I had a similar situation and flushed the car with another product from another company and it came back in a day or two with the customer accusing us of not having really doing the flush. This time, I used the BG flush, and it looked good when it left. A day or two later, they brought it back for tires and when I noticed the car was back, I opened the radiator cap and took a look.
The coolant looked perfect...
I have also had good results with the 3-part fuel systems cleaner in fixing misfires caused by dirty injectors and carbon build up.
One word of caution would be in regard to the "Universal" transmission fluid. I always road-tested vehicles before and after doing a transmission flush. I used the universal fluid on a Chrysler product that required Mopar +4 and had to redo it with the proper fluid. Problem solved. I am not a fan of universal fluids, but BG's cleaners are second to none.
I have not used a lot of engine oil flush products (MOA) because in my mind, it the oil changes are done on schedule, it is not necessary. It is these neglected vehicles that concern me. I see people have written reviews stating that BG had blown their engines. I doubt that. I think neglect blew the engine and BG was unable to provide a miracle additive.
I can say with the utmost confidence that BG products are high quality and used by top technicians in top shelf automotive repair facilities.
I even earned a couple BG tee shirts a few years back doing "Royal Flushes", which is 5 flushes on the same vehicle. (I.E., Coolant, fuel, transmission, brake, and power steering).
I am no longer turning wrenches, so I probably won't be getting any more tee shirts any time soon. I now am focused on diagnostic and programming work.
Fortunately/unfortunately, my tee shirts are XL, and I lost a bunch of weight and now wear size Large, so they no longer fit me properly. Oh well.
Bottom line: BG Products are great!”
