“With the world we're living in today I think when people go above and beyond it needs to be recognized. I had a transaction that I needed to dispute & called this branch. I spoke to Ben, don't know his last name, but not only did he quickly fix my problem, I got off the phone feeling happier than before I called. His quick wit, positivity, professionalism and general light vibe honestly made my day! That doesn't happen too often anymore when dealing with strangers and I appreciate it more than Meritrust could know. I've had accounts here for 7 years and even though I've since moved to a city that doesn't have Meritrust CU, I've continued to bank here through my mobile app and their shared branch feature. I've never once had a problem that was there fault or that they weren't happily ready to help me rectify. I'll continue to bank here and Ben gets a gold star for the day for being an impressive person.”
