“Had a AMAZING experience opening my first brand new account at this branch recently! I switched to CUA from Wells Fargo due to many reasons! Opening the account was simple and easy and did it no problems what so ever! The lady helping me Lanelle was perfect she explained everything down to the fine point and was able to answer all my question! They had a few problems with there temporary card printer and it was past closing time but they didn't kick me out the door with out a temp card at all! They took the time to get it all back up an running so i could walk out all set to go! This branch is AMAZING and definitely going to be my home branch and I am never switching again!”

“I came to Great Plains Federal Credit Union with one thing in mind. I wanted a small credit union with local presence for my deposit accounts where if I needed to inquire about something I could sit down and speak personally with someone in authority (or at least to someone with ready access to someone with the necessary authority). An aspect to banking that has been lost in many larger organizations. GPFCU has been precisely what I wanted and expected. Also the minimum balances and various fees are very low compared to other institutions.”

I spoke to Ben, don't know his last name, but not only did he quickly fix my problem, I got off the phone feeling happier than before I called. His quick wit, positivity, professionalism and general light vibe honestly made my day! That doesn't happen too often anymore when dealing with strangers and I appreciate it more than Meritrust could know. I've had accounts here for 7 years and even though I've since moved to a city that doesn't have Meritrust CU, I've continued to bank here through my mobile app and their shared branch feature. I've never once had a problem that was there fault or that they weren't happily ready to help me rectify. I'll continue to bank here and Ben gets a gold star for the day for being an impressive person.”
