the amenities are amazing and the units COME WITH washers and dryers. unheard of!!!! ?

you will not get your full deposit back. no matter how well you clean, how many units you rent, or how many years you stay. you just won’t.?

they removed the gates that they used to lock in odd ways so it’s a lot easier to get to your apartment at night if you live on the west side of the creek. nice and quiet most of the time even after the removal ?

all in all i feel it’s just too many units with not enough staff, but the staff that is there is amazing. thank you Trish and Andy you guys have helped me through so much.”

“I just moved into the Tails recently and it’s been nothing short of a great experience. The apartment itself was in great condition when I moved in, we love the outdoor patio space that our apartment has, the complex is pretty quiet, and I never have issues parking directly in front of my apartment building. The office staff are friendly and helpful, there are several great amenities (sand volleyball, basketball court, amazing pool area, updated gym, putting green, playground) and the amenities are well kept. Maintenance resolves issues lightning fast!”
