“When I was moving down to Wichita I called multiple different appartments. Sundance answered the phone right away, answered all my questions and was very quick to respond with emails as well. Most other places I called barely got back to me. Marilyn there is great and will take to time to help ya out. Plus the area around seems quite nice with a lot of stuff to do.”

“Builders is a great family owned company to work for. I've been with them for over 6 years now and I've stuck around this long because I believe in them and what they stand for. I feel valued as an employee and as an individual. They provide everything from low income housing to luxury communities and everything in between. If you want to be treated like family check us out!”

“I'm writing this review with five starts because I want my opinion to be viewed and read by those who actually take the time to read reviews. I like my apartment, but the way I've been treated as a resident has been really disappointing. Earlier in December I had a misunderstanding with the flex app that caused an issue with my rent payment. When I went into the office for assistance I was able to show the office manager (I think her name is Audrey) proof that it was just a simple misunderstanding and that things would be sorted in 24-hours.We were rudely interrupted by another office person, Alissa, Who spoke to Audrey as if she were incompetent and spoke to me as if I were brainless. Her condescending tone, and her overbearing demeanor was beyond traumatic due to the magnitude of her arrogance.Fast forward, My toilet needs to be replaced due to an accident. The maintenance person stated that they would be able to fix it Friday Morning, but my maintenance issue wasn't considered pressing enough to actually attend to and by the time he was able to come I wouldn't have been home so I agreed to have it pushed to Monday... I went all weekend without a working toilet. Monday comes and I was ASKED what time of day would work for me on Friday and I requested an early morning time frame.I don't hear anything from the offices of Villas of WAterford until 4 PM Monday afternoon while I am preparing to go teach a class. It's Alissa calling, no apologies, full blown arrogance, asking me if the maintenance man can come replace the toilet now... I reply that I am going to work and cannot. she then says... "well he has to leave in five minutes and can't come anyways..." THEN WHY IN YOUR MIND DID YOU THINK IT WAS APPROPRIATE TO CALL? Then she asks me if he can come the next day. I say "okay but I would prefer he come in the morning." She replies rudely "I can't give you a time but I can request he come BEFORE LUNCH"M'am you were giving me a time to pay rent and talking to me like I was stupid over a minor mistake but you can't tell your maintenance man to prioritize replacing a toilet that should have been replaced this morning? I'm supposed to adhere to deadlines but you can't in your mind see that it is unacceptable for a paying resident to not have a toilet for as long as I've gone without one? Regardless of what caused the issue with the toilet, the way the situation has been handled has been careless, unprofessional, and just lacking all consideration. I literally avoid the office because I don't want to even deal with the POSSIBILITY of seeing that woman, Alissa. Her people skills are horrible. She lacks customer service. She has an us vs them demeanor and I don't appreciate her as working staff or as a person. I have zero respect for anyone who speaks to me as if I'm less than a human being when I'm in the wrong due to a mistake, but when they are in the wrong they can't even apologize and treat the situation with some level of care and consideration... Especially when it is their occupation to do so. This has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.”

“Just went on a tour. :) (I'll update again when I've moved in and spent a few months.) The place looks really nice and the people I met were all lovely. There was a bit of a wait, but there's only so much the staff can do to take care of the current and prospective residents simultaneously. And whenever it was finally our turn, the tour was very informational and pleasant. :) I even got the chance to talk about apartment openings not yet listed to get exactly what I want! <3 All in all, super happy I made an appointment! Looking forward to moving in. :)”

“Great place to live. The location is great & the units are very well maintained. I've never had to wait more than a day for a maintenance request to be fulfilled.Cons - Apartments aren't noise canceling, but so are just about any other apartments in town. Your noise level and peace is at the mercy of your neighbors. TV's, bathroom flushes, and foot steps are easily heard. My rent was hiked a total of 20% between June of 2020 and October of 2022 (two lease renewals).Overall, I would recommend Portofino as a home as long as the noise isn't a deal breaker for you. The pros outweigh the cons.”

“Love it, but now they close in the morning around 9 am and open back up in the early evening. They have the best and most diverse selection of paraphernalia,ash trays and knives.”

“I've lived at Cottages at Crestview apartment complex for 3 years now and have no complaints. It's a very nice complex that cares about their residents. It's always clean and maintenance is done very thoroughly.”

“Excellent hotel. It would be great for a long term stay. Love the conveniences offered in each room. The elevator appeared to be having some work done as all the walls were covered with moving blankets. This made us nervous but were pleased when we got to the room.”

“We've lived here for close to a year and have had little to no problems. We have had the typical apartment problems occur (emergency maintenance, office questions, etc.), but what makes this complex a great place to live is that when those problems happen they go above and beyond to solve them. Matthew on the maintenance team and Dana and Nini in the office have helped solve any issues that have occurred during our stay here. I don't get the usual dread that you would feel calling a leasing office for issues because I know that they actually care. The property manager also is very attentive to the residents and the property, and has helped us several times. The units themselves are clean and spacious, and it's evident that the owners are willing to invest money into the property to maintain it, as we are currently getting new siding and paint on all of our buildings. If you're on the fence about leasing here, I would recommend doing it.”

“I am surprised by the negative reviews. Not my experience at all. Leah, the office manager, is very warm and friendly. She is also very clear about expectations and she went above and beyond to assist and timely processing my application. All of the office staff I have interacted with are very kind. Having lived in multiple states before, fees are very (if not below) average for apartments. I am excited to be living here!”

“I’m not usually a complainer, so this is hard for me but I’ll try to keep it short & sweet. Maintenance is truly so helpful. It’s a beautiful apartment building. I lived here for 18 months and loved my space. The amenities are good but could be better and maintained. The patio has broken furniture and no where to put trash. It sucks walking on rocks everyday with your dogs. The shuffleboard has never really had salt on it and the workout room doesn’t have anything to clean the equipment off after you use it & the culligan tank has never been full in the workout room since I’ve lived here. But that’s all little things…I’ve had a lot of issues with previous management at this building but it’s been better since we’ve had new. Lots of car break ins with little help of getting camera footage. No parking during the week… doesn’t feel safe leaving the gate at night but we have nowhere to throw dog waste away except the trash enclosure and have to go out there anyway.I actually wish management sent out a survey every 6 months or so so we could bring some of these things up. There are other things but I’ll stop there. Wishing them the best and hope it gets better!”

“I have lived here almost a year and honestly not a single complaint. Greg, the property manager is AMAZING! He goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly! When they say they have 24 hour emergency maintenance, they truly mean it. If there is an issue with anything, Tim and nick are there to fix it. Tim and Nick are absolutely amazing! Another huge positive is the security! There is a security guard who is constantly monitoring the property and they are very observant. Last but not least is I absolutely love how on point they are with pest control. They routinely spray and in the year I’ve been here, never have I seen a single roach in my apartment. No mice, nothing. This place is truly one of a kind. You just can’t go wrong living here.”

“My oven quit working. First I was brought a used one. I told them it was doing the same thing that the first one did right before it quit working. I was told that model just does that. Ok???? Sure enough as I was baking some it just quit working. When I called about that happening two days later I was brought a new oven. Thank you very much!”

“do not move into this building.! the property management company is Orion out of overland Park. releasing manager is a lying thieving crooked individual. on felony probation allows his friends and drug dealers to stay in the apartments rent-free while they steal from the other tents and make the reputation of this building worse than what it was before the supposed remodel. the property management group Orion recently took over and raised rent from $ 525 to $650 with no remodels being done. evicted me and refuses to let me get my items from the basement from when I worked here. I tried to call for a full month to talk to them about problems with never one return phone call. their professionalism is awful they have a regional manager from Oklahoma that has low cut shirts that are two sizes too small with tattoos hanging out of her breasts area she looks like a reject from a prison girls gone wild video. the last owner used the building for a huge tax fraud from the bank I'm pretty sure that they're doing the same thing just had to switch management companies. this building is full of bed bugs cockroaches and mice. not to mention thugs drug dealers and thieves. which is sad because there are a lot of good people that have to deal with all of these problems while paying an extremely high amount of rent. they say that it's a secure building which is totally false they have the front door that is key activated yet they have the back door wide open. when I complained about it they put a padlock on the back door so now there's no fire exit. these people are ridiculous something needs to be done the building is falling apart from the top of the roof all the way down to the bottom the brick on the outside wall is expanded 6 in from the building. they have no permits for doing the construction work that they're doing on the building no electrician. they are basically there to take your money and not give two thoughts of what is needed from the building. the owner is unreachable as well as the owner of Orion property Management I've left over 14 messages and never a call back.”

“Very please with the property, they have beautiful spacious apartments with balconies that face the lake they also have complimentary paddle boats for residents to go out on the lake! If you are 18+ with no kids or a elderly person looking for an apartment, I would definitely try living here. I was taken on a tour of the apartment, and I would live here, but I had to find something closer to my job. Definitely another time if they have availability would I come live here.”

“I love it here! The lake and the running path around it are perfect for my runs. The pool is perfect, me and my kiddos have been there every day of summer. There are snacks in the office, the ladies are so sweet to me and my kiddos. I have a dog and love how pet friendly it is. Highly recommend!”

“I've been living at Aspen Park for over a year now, and I can confidently say that this place is top-notch in every aspect. From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew I had found my ideal home. The folks running this place are seriously awesome. They're always chill, quick to help out, and they make living here a breeze. You got an issue? They got your back! My apartment is the bomb! Spacious, modern, and stylish – it's the perfect setup. I love coming home every day. Living at Aspen Park is like joining a big, friendly club. They throw cool events, and I've met some awesome neighbors and made new pals.Honestly, I can't imagine living anywhere else. This place is the real deal, and I'm stoked to call it home sweet home. Five stars all the way! ?????”

“I have resided in a Greenbrook Townhome for 4 years and the complex is absolutely beautiful. What I love most, the multi-unit complex comes complete with a resident pool. For the most part, the complex, it's close to everything, and the staff is wonderful. The units are perfect for both individuals and families, ask for a tour.”

“Amazing place to live. Been here for 3+ years. The community is good and also the employees are very helpful and quick to respond. What I love the most is the maintenance is the fastest. All my maintenance problems have been solved within 24hrs.”

“We are so pleased with the staff and service workers here at Hampton East apartments. They are all very courteous and respectful to us. Anytime we need service they all respond rapidly and the service is completed very efficiently. This all is way beyond our expectations. Chis and Brook, from the office, both have been so caring and helpful. We are so sorry our personal circumstances are causing us to make a move at this time. We definitely will recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to rent.”

“We recently moved all the way from Houston. After looking for a place for over a month we decided on Barclay Square partially because it was my wife’s first choice, secondly because it is in the exact area where we want.First let me say it’s beautiful around here. Being around Riverside and all the trees nature is amazing.Secondly, the neighbors are wonderful. Since we first stepped into our complex we were greeted with “Hello! Welcome!” “Hey new neighbors!” And even helped up with some things that we were struggling with.Lastly, the management have all been overwhelmingly amazing. Since we first spoke on the phone and via email then a quick visit with Erica, to our lease signing with Autumn and the other extremely nice lady that was helping (I cannot remember her name but she was so nice I don't want to leave her out). There were a few things that we noticed in the apartment and brought to Autumns attention, she had maintenance here within a few hours.All in all, I don't think we could have picked a better complex and are extremely happy moving back after 10 years of being away and living in Texas.”
