But he took as much time with us, answered all of our questions, and walked us through everything we needed to know for the lease. Quick, simple, and painless. The property manager was extremely helpful and offered to show me around the property after telling her I was interested in a larger unit in the next coming months. On top of all this she helped me find a unit that better suited my needs. First time coming here was amazing and extremely satisfying.”

They were then able to come thru with a super competitive rate and a refreshing customer~friendly explanation of what would be required to get the agreement finalized. Heather was even kind enough to take me around the facility and show me a number of the available units in person before ultimately making my decision. “This place is a little awkward because I have my unit on last row in the very back so I have to back around a corner and all the way down to my unit. I do like the fact of the price though, it would just be nice to have the second gate accessible for us that have that row”

“RecNation made the transition from the previous company seamless and easy. We have been with the previous company for a few years prior to RecNation acquiring the property. We have actually been there since it was Jayhawk Storage, then BestLife, and now RecNation. They made the switch over process so easy, and has since made several upgrades to the property, their services, as well as their processes. Also, being able to get my trailer serviced on property is such a convenience and the staff and management is great! 5 out of 5....would recommend!”
“All the other reviews pretty much cover everything. Read them. Did get in a door almost 2 hours before appt time. Guy I checked in with was very pleasant. Lady I got paperwork from hates her job. Keep area in front of dock open for backing in. Some drivers don’t. Don’t be that guy. No restrooms that I saw.”
