“I needed a storage unit being new to Kansas. Barb came to the rescue. She set me up with a unit before I was there since I was arriving late Christmas Eve. She was a life saver. The unit was huge with really high ceilings and a lock and key waiting for me. It was very clean. Anything I needed I was accommodated.This was my first interaction with Kansas and it never disappointed. Barb was amazing and I would never have a storage unit anywhere else. It’s safe, protected, and most importantly available 24 hours.”

“Once your on 32 (kaw Dr) stay straight. You will see truck routes pointing another direction IGNORE IT!!! Kaw Dr turns into W Front Dr then Loring Ln. there is no low bridges or anything that you need to be scared off. I got here with no issues driving at night. Overnight parking is outside the guard check before entering the property. Got loaded pretty Quick. If your coming to pick up a load check in by the dock entrance then you get your paperwork by main office by dock door 1”
“My husband and I are relocating to Overland Park Kansas in September. We called all around Johnson county for weeks unsuccessfully searching for RV storage. We had almost given up when we stumbled on this newly opened location. We left a VM & were promptly called back by owner Jim. He pleasantly described the property layout and our various options. We then logged onto his user friendly website & immediately reserved one of his affordable 40’ sites. A few days later we regretted not reserving one of the 50’ sites. We contacted Jim & and he gladly modified our reservation to a 50’ without any hassle. Knowing that we were moving to Overland Park from out of state, Jim spent time on the phone with my husband answering several questions we had about the area. Super nice guy willing to go out of his way to help us out.”
