“We have bought 2 vehicles from Jay Hatfield, the first through the Dodge dealership in Frontenac, the second in Columbus at the Chevrolet Buick dealership and we've taken both in for oil changes at the location we purchased, they gave us a 3 oil change punch card and a 3 oil change/tire rotation puch card. Having dealt with sales and service departments I can say we are extremely satisfied with both departments and both locations. My only complaint is that I only got one key fob with my most recent purchase, I would have been more satisfied if they would have ordered us a second one even if they added it to our price because it will be almost $400 to get the fob and have it programmed which is hard to just do all at once. Overall though we are happy with them and the vehicle we chose.”
