“When Quality of Workmanship meets ProfessionalismIt takes its toll on weary travelers trudging Route 66 when your vehicle breaks down in a town thousands of miles away from home.We left Virginia on our way to California, taking the historic Route 66. So many planned stops and places to see. Our vehicle went through the ridgid mechanical inspections prior to the trip, but as we were leaving Galena,KS, our battery Light lit up and tge AC was blowing warm air. We knew something was wrong. We headed to the nearest O’Reiley to get the car checked. Determined the alternator Will die soon. We were referred to this Pro Tire shop who may be able to Help. They assessed the car and advised to settle in at an Inn in town as the car Will Die in 30 min. They gave us a quote, and made arrangements to pick up the car first thing the next day when the ordered parts arrive. At exactly 8am, they were there to puck up the car to bring to the shop. They estimated to be fone by 11 but were Very good St their jobs that they called at 10am that the car was ready. They picked us up to bring to the shop to settle the bill and we were on our way.The professionalism of the staff at this location is beyond par. The price they charged us was never exorbitant after we had our personal mechanic check the work they did. Most importantly, they were honest and never pushy to get other things replaced.
