About National Cold Storage
National Cold Storage offers a quick and efficient service with professional and helpful staff. The unloading and loading process is very fast, often using the same dock to save time. The loading docks are on the outside of the mountain, so drivers do not have to go inside the tunnels; some docks are in the cave. Overnight parking is available outside the gate or guard shack. The office is inside the cave. It is advised to follow road signs for the 32 truck route all the way to the end, not GPS.

Good experience at this cold storage. Staff are very professional and helpful. Unloading and loading process is very fast, they don’t waste time. I had one delivery and pickup here — they finished unloading and then did loading on the same dock which saved me a lot of time. Really appreciate their quick and efficient...

Superb! We had 12:30 pm del appt and my driver showed up at 7:30 am, got a door right away and was by 9 am on Thursday!

At least we don't have to go inside the tunnels I hate going inside loading docks are on the outside of the mountain overnight parking available outside the guard shack it's best not to be too late
