I like to share Mr. Dick-Owner, of, Work Horse Automotive, as one who stands behind his work guarantee. I had a part replaced last year and was under warranty. The part was defective and not the workmanship. Mr. Dick-Owner assessed the problem and quickly took care of the defective part at "no charge" to me. Now that is exactly how the system is supposed to work! If, you're looking for a great mechanic and ethical business I absolutely recommend: Work Horse Automotive on South West Street in Wichita, Ks.
Here's a "great" Automotive Shop that can meet and service all your truck and automotive needs! And ladies, should you be in the market for service on your vehicle; searching for that reputable, excellent mechanic, who's ethical, fair, friendly and cares then, this is the company for you!

The owner, Bill, took special delight in my finding a "Thank You Card" and candies positioned on my steering wheel when I picked up my car. “Tom, Keith and Nate were amazing, I Brought my vehicle to walser, Mercedes Benz of wichita it took a couple days to receive a possible issue on the diagnosis at a price of 900$ excluding a new key for 350$ just for the diagnosis itself not even a repair. I was referred by style craft upholstery from the owner Devin to reach out with Tom at Luxury Imports. Tom was so well versed he was giving what possibly happened like he was reading from a book (Mercedes Benz the Dealer, was missing diagrams from my vehicle but Tom already knew what they were Missing due to his decades of experience with Mercedes and Lexus). I sent my vehicle to Tom and I knew that he was a week out from working on it but he knew I was starting school and rushed without me even asking him. Keith’s knowledge found a blown fuse after a few hours of digging, FIXEDDD. Luckily it was simple fix but he knew where to look even when the dealership didn’t know. I appauld them. It was an absolute pleasure. Thank you guys, they gave me a price tag 1/8 of what they were going to charge.”
