The day of the event, we were greeted by Charles, who was welcoming, friendly, helpful - just all around amazing. The accommodations were clean and inviting. The technology set-up was easy to use. “Was looking for original and affordable gifts for the holiday season. I always like to give gifts that are thoughtful and something that a person cant see at one of the big box stores or see someone else owning it. I heard about this boutique and couldn't wait to go see. It didn't dissapoint. The owner greeted me with a smile. This quaint boutique is thoughtfully packed with tons of locally created gems, jewelry, art, food, clothing and more. Its one of the places where you could stand in one spot and just move your head around for several minutes and find so many treasures. Also the creative in me was inspired by so many things. If you are looking for one of kind anniversary, birthday, THANK YOU, thinking of you, just because, or TREAT FOR YOURSELF gift.... XO Studio is a great place to go. You will leave feeling like you paid a fair price and you supported a local artist. ALSO if you know an artist that needs help with marketing, selling and a spot to showcase please check out their website. The owner is a light in this world. I dont know her other than this one encounter but I can tell, you know when you know, that she is someone who lives to serve, teach and help others lights shine!!!!”

“Must have had some sort of an electrical issue and or fire. Middle of the movie the power went out, chairs wouldn’t sit up, no lights, no staff to direct or help. Everyone was in their own. We got up and left and they did issue a free ticket to return. As we left there was smoke and a fire truck. I hope everything was ok, and no one was hurt. Great movie place could use some attention to the quality of seats the recliners are very beat up and the material is peeing off.”

“Freshly remodeled, clean rooms and friendly staff. Good location. The GM Conner is always the best, always there to take care of his guests.

Rooms: The rooms are newly renovated. So it is bright and fresh and has that new smell still.

Nearby activities: Close to I35 and I80. Just located off Jordan Creek. Which has many things to do or places to eat.

Safety: I do stay for extended time periods over the whole summer. I've felt uncomfortable with the other guests or the area.

Food & drinks: Included social hour M,T, and Wednesday evening. Which Includes a snack or a meal and some tasty beverages.”

“I am a Jewish American man who apon arrival at your establishment was ridiculed with hateful antisemitic slurs regarding my religious attire which I found disrespectful as I had done nothing to insure it, after being rudely escorted to my room and my bags crassly tossed onto the floor of my room. If that wasn't bad enough I requested room service the following day during a long period that I would be out of the room, and upon my return I see that room service had not been to my room, and when I inquired about the reason for this I was told quote ( can't you clean up after yourself?) Then they explained that my room hadn't been cleaned not because of under staffing or high quantity of business which would have been understandable but because they operate the expensive rooms like the one I stayed in on rotation to properly distribute tips. All that not even mentioning that the ac in my room was very dysfunctional and caused my room to be very hot the entirety of my stay and although the staff that eventually cleaned my room was polite and quick I believe her name was Jennifer who should be commended, I still regrettably will not be staying with this establishment anytime in the future and would highly discourage this as your choice.”

“Amenity-forward, dog friendly hotel conveniently located near the highway. Area seems to be newer buildings, and the hotel seems to be part of that trend. Staff was nice enough when I interacted with them, though seemed inconvenienced by me wanting a physical key in addition to the mobile. Lobby area is beautiful, big and bright, so good first impression walking in.The not made-to-order breakfast items and coffee were room temp if not cold. Kind of disappointing, since the cooked item wasn't something I wanted on this particular morning.The room was spacious and new feeling. Shower seems to have been an afterthought from such a nice room design. Hope it isn't windy when you're staying, because while it's nice to have an opening window they aren't sealed properly and you'll have a whistling noise all night. On a cold night and morning, this also made it colder than the heater could keep up with. I'm also not sure why, but there was a smell of cat pee randomly in the bathroom and by the bed I didn't use (thank goodness).I booked a king room and ended up in a double queen. Not too big of a deal since I'm driving from Texas to Chicago and just wanted a good sleep and to do my work before my final leg, but if I were staying more than a night I would have said something since I specifically chose that bigger bed via direct booking in my Bonvoy app. I probably would stay again if just passing through, but not an extended stay of any kind especially if windy.”

“Stayed for a family wedding. Property was decent, could use some updates in the elevators as they are pretty bad with cracked tiles and filthy dirty. Staff did a great job with the reception and the room we stayed in was decent. A lil overpriced in my opinion but our overall experience was good.”

“Nice place. Clean. It does need some additional maintenance. Such as the bathtub faucet drips all of the time in my room, and there was no way to turn the heat on in the room. The thermostat set the minimum temp for the air-conditioned. It was in the 50s outside, and just as cold in the room - brrrr. Great staff and a convenient location.”
