Night deposit box doesn't open or close without a 5 minute struggle. Then if you have a lot of cash it won't fit in the teeny opening. It is unsafe and a great place to get robbed or murdered when trying to make drop. You have to get out of car to try to yank it open so you are very vulnerable. Staff gave keys out for box drop that do not open the night box which they think is funny but as previously stated it is unsafe and dangerous. Do not have good customer relations. All in all they are the worse bank ever.,

Leah and Reagan are just nasty people. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. What incompetent person made her a branch manager is beyond me. Awful bank if Leah is still there.

This branch has really low wall on the right side of ATM machine lane, and it’s hard to notice at night. It crashed my car.

Updated: I removed my previous review since US Bank has been responsive following the response to my initial Google review. With grace and understanding as to the difficulties opening up a business post Covid, I have moved from one start to four stars.

Went in and paid off 39,000 and the check was cleared 1/4/22. I've called this branch numerous times and no one answers. I've called the 800 help line number and always get a go around answer about where the title is. It's been almost 2 months still no title for a vehicle that has no remaining loan balance. I've been told it's in the mail. Then early this week the dmv had an e title. I call dmv and nope their records indicate us bank hasn't released it. Then call 800 number again saying oh we will send you an email your title is being perfected.Absolutely, unacceptable for this to be happening!

Nothing like being in customer service and never being open when people need you. For people who want your money: they don't make much of an effort.EDIT: In response to the owner's response: I have done everything that I can online and was told to go to my local branch quickly to finish the process. I am able to bank completely online through other organizations and have no trouble completing things at other banks. Every time I have a problem, it is with US bank.

We've been U.S. Bank customers for over a decade, and we've used this particular branch for a few significant things (well, significant for us!) over the past couple years. Excellent customer service! This last time it was Sheldon providing guidance ---thank you Sheldon!

$7.00 fee to cash your own issued check??!! Come on US Bank, that is ridiculous and you should be ashamed of yourselves. I will certainly NEVER do business with this bank ever in the future!

Worst US Bank I've been to. Seems like every time I'm in here there is some kind of issue. ATM is always out of service. The waits are unreal at this location. I've literally had to wait 20 plus minutes on multiple occasions to make a withdrawal or deposit in the lobby before.

Waited 10 minutes to make a deposit while two tellers worked on other things. Finally left without making a deposit when the line behind me had grown to 4 and not one teller was moving.
