“Luke did an awesome job! My iPhone 13 started to really act up and would no longer turn on or if it did it would die again in minutes. Brought it in to the Apple Store and they basically said it would be anywhere from a $100 - $500 fix but they couldn’t guarantee it would work no matter what they did. Took it to CPR for a second opinion, they charged $50 to assess it and if they couldn’t fix it they wouldn’t charge anything more. Luke fixed the phone within 24 hours and it only cost another $50! Highly recommend seeing Luke at CPR, especially if you’re looking for a second opinion!”

“Great staff! So helpful and willing to work with people...if you can be respectful and understanding yourself that is. Several options to get your loans. Cash (at times, dangerous to keep that around), checks, loading onto a prepaid card they have, and others. Several ways to meet one's needs, just ask for your preference. Worth a stop if in need and better than other options imho.”
“Alex and Serena spent nearly 6 hours over 2 days with my wife and I fixing my wifes broken verizon account and getting one started for me during a service switch from straight talk all while juggling other customers at the same time. All the while, they conducted themselves with a friendly, positive attitude. I realize that our situation was extreme worst case scenario but my wife and I had such a great experience working with them. “I love Target in general, but this Target is one of the best ones I've been in. It's clean and organized every single time I come here. Staff is super friendly and helpful.I never have issues finding anything. Shelf's are always stocked. The parking lot isn't crazy chaotic and the carts are constantly being picked up and brought back in. They have a beautiful Starbucks inside as well. They are fast with pick ups.Definitely one of the best Targets available.”
“Hannah was fantastic to work with. My husband and I had our internet connection from another provider cut due to construction and it wasn't able to be restored for 3-6 months. Not an option for us because we both work from home. Hannah to the rescue! Not only was she extraordinarily kind and empathetic to our situation, she got us set up with a new US Cellular internet connection within an hour of contacting her. She was working on setting us up before we even made it through the door. The connection has worked great so far, and I definitely plan to return to Hannah when it's time for a new phone.”

I ordered a computer case, hdmi cord, and a wifi antenna. The order was ready within the hour. The employee was super nice and very helpful.
The computer case selection in store was a bit limited, but if time isn’t an issue, then best buy can have a case shipped 2 the store.
The only thing is the case I got showed rgb fans but only comes with basic fans, which is more on me for not really reading into the specs more deeply.
Overall, good options, great employees, a tad pricey but worth it for less than an hour pick up.”
“This Verizon location has one of the best customer service reps compared to other Verizons in the metro. Even though its the ine furthest away from my house, I prefer shopping here. They have Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Riley recently help us and was awesome as well. Wait is slightly long, but feels like queue moves faster than other mobile places. If it's is a longer wait, then you can take advantage of shopping in the mall in the meantime.”

“They were incredibly helpful during my visit yesterday. We had an appointment and were basically in and out quickly, but throughout the whole process, the staff had smiles on their faces. I believe the person who helped us was named Sam, and he was super helpful. Even the security guard was attentive—he noticed I was checking out the computers and called someone over to assist us. Everyone was super nice, and I can’t wait to go back again. Also, I loved that the store’s music wasn’t just in English but had a mix of Spanish too. That was a great touch!”
