I love Penney's..they have great sales. Just disappointed of online sales as you have to get specific items and then pay shipping if not available in the store

This is the only place that we get our kids is pictures. They are always really nice and reasonable and good quality. The pictures always come in a timely manner. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful
