“This was an economical way to rent a gym to play basketball for a birthday. I'd recommend taking the time to sweep the floor before using, it was quit slippery/ dusty, but we would rent the place again for sure!”

“Absolutely LOVE Kilo Trained!!!! The coaches CARE!!! I am 55 and have never been in better shape! There is a modification for every exercise and lift. You are encouraged to focus on becoming better - not competing with everyone else. The gym atmosphere is caring and not judgmental! It’s been so good for my physical health but more importantly, great for my mental well-being! Everyone “fits I “ here. I love it!!”
