“Today I went in completely panic stricken with the amount of oil my vehicle was leaking, I had never been here at this location before and was just looking for some help. I was greeted at my window by a very nice long haired gentleman who walked me through some options and assured me they would take a look. So, I waited in the warm lobby and let them do their thing. They came in frequently to update me with their findings and make sure I was doing okay. The two men that helped me ( I unfortunately didn’t get their names) went above and beyond for me today, and were the most down to earth guys I’ve met. They were very professional, and didn’t sugarcoat what was going on with my vehicle, but also laid back and almost gave off a big brother vibe, with how relatable and understanding they were.They gave me price points and told me step by step the process of going about fixing my cars problem.I will definitely be returning for any service and repairs needed, and will recommend this location to others! “We had a flat and ended up getting all new tires. We knew there were issues with the car and happily had them fix those issues. They did a great job and everyone was SO nice! They did a great job! They will be our go to for all car maintenance or repair. The only problem was Mercedes slow shipping of parts and there was nothing they could do. Everyone I talked to was so helpful and always took the time to explain what as going on. The prices were very reasonable.”

“Pretty good shop. They had most the parts I needed for my volvo in stock. Parts guy said also he would ship anything we need anywhere in the country which is awesome cause volvo dealers won't ship to another volvo dealer which is retarded. Labor was a decent rate. They did take longer to fix my truck and left me stuck there over night but it was fine. Just wanted my truck fixed. They could however put a microwave in the driver's lounge. Call this parts guy if you need a part. He will take care of you”
