T.J. Maxx has been helping customers find high-quality, brand name and designer fashions at amazing value since opening its first store in 1977. As the nation's largest off-price retailer, T.J. Maxx now has over 1,200 stores across 49 states and Puerto Rico. Customers can visit the company's website or mobile app to shop online and locate their nearest store. While some customers describe T.J. Maxx as a "cheap" store that is "impossible to find help" and not "very well organized," others praise the wide variety of products available, from clothing to pet supplies. Many reviewers note the store's need for better organization and presentation, with messy aisles, items left on the floor, and an imbalance between the women's and men's sections. Checkout lines are also a common point of frustration, with long waits and not enough cashiers on duty. However, some customers have found the experience improving, with a better selection of merchandise than in the past. Overall, T.J. Maxx seems to offer a mixed shopping experience - great finds at good prices, but with room for improvement in organization, staffing, and customer service.
I found some really great deals on purses. I couldn't believe all the people that were stocking stuff. Evidently go a bunch of new stuff in.

First time here and I would say it's just a cheap temu, impossible to find help and it's not very well organized I guess if you were looking for something to get by on for a day but if you want it to last I might think about better stuff

Good store. Wish customer service was more friendly at fitting room. Kinda felt hostile.
