Spark is a lovely welcoming place. Mary is a goddess of healing and listening. Everyone here is so friendly and warm, even at 7:30 in the morning! I love coming here, and I am getting stronger and more confident every day. Five friganza stars. No, six.

I wanted to get back to Pilates, and am so glad to find this studio. I'm like a beginner again! All levels can do well here, and there are all different ages and shapes. It's nice to feel so comfortable and welcomed - and accepted, even with all the things I can't do. Highly recomended.
