“Deshaun greeted us immediately and listened even as we got a little long winded on what we were looking for. Both my daughter and I got a new phone and he made sure we were each happy with the options we selected for our phones and accessories. Even after we made a choice and changed our minds, he was patient and explained the choices again. Deshaun was professional yet made the experience fun. I didn’t need to switch my phone along with my daughter but did because the option to speak with a human vs an automated service on an 800 # is worth a little extra a month. I will recommend his exemplary service to anyone who asks.”
“After being treated very rudely by the T-Mobile employee across the street and being told we couldn't setup phone service. I walked across the street to U.S. Cellular to see what they could do. As soon as walking in they greeted me. Selena assisted us with phone service setup. Not one time did Selena try to find a reason to not help us like the rude T-Mobile lady. She was kind and interested in assisting with getting my clients phone setup.
Thanks to Selena's kindness and professionalism my client now has phone service.

I went into the Grimes US Cellular to begrudgingly upgrade my phone, expecting to have my monthly bill drastically increase.He took the time to explain all my options and pricing for each. I walked out with two new devices, a better plan and my monthly payment actually went down!!I am so impressed with his customer service, his knowledge and patience answering questions. This is the 2nd time he's helped us with an upgrade and I couldn't be happier.”

“I went into this store location to change my provider over to T-Mobile, upgrade my phone, and get T-Mobile home internet. I could not have asked for a better experience. Jordan took his time explaining plans, options and phones to me. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Alicia helped me in setting up my new phone and home internet. She was super patient with me and explained everything to me. She made sure to hook me up with some big rebates. Hands down, best experience with a cell phone provider I’ve ever had. Super friendly and helpful crew!”

“Great staff! So helpful and willing to work with people...if you can be respectful and understanding yourself that is. Several options to get your loans. Cash (at times, dangerous to keep that around), checks, loading onto a prepaid card they have, and others. Several ways to meet one's needs, just ask for your preference. Worth a stop if in need and better than other options imho.”

Addison worked with us, and he was so patient and explained the differences between an I Phone and an android. After taking the time to work with her, she chose the Samsung flip phone. “Great location in the Grimes area! Corporate T-Mobile store where you can get phones, watches, and other devices for connections. Nice customer service. Went in for an upgrade. Visited on a Friday night at 5:00pm. Was in and out with the upgrade within 25 min. I already knew what I wanted. That length of time includes the amount of wait for the back room to allow for the sale of the device. (It is standard to wait for their vault to unlock for 10 min) Note: $35 upgrade support fee is charged at time of service. I like the environment. Reminded me of an Apple Store and how streamlined it is. There were 3 reps on staff and it was enough staff and timely wait. I recommend this store and will visit again for all my T-Mobile needs instead of calling. The unhelpful customer service number.”
“Hannah was fantastic to work with. My husband and I had our internet connection from another provider cut due to construction and it wasn't able to be restored for 3-6 months. Not an option for us because we both work from home. Hannah to the rescue! Not only was she extraordinarily kind and empathetic to our situation, she got us set up with a new US Cellular internet connection within an hour of contacting her. She was working on setting us up before we even made it through the door. The connection has worked great so far, and I definitely plan to return to Hannah when it's time for a new phone.”
“I had originally went to an authorized reseller location. That location created so many problems on my Verizon account that it was hard to even know where to begin to get it straightened out. This location on Delaware was so unbelievably patient, worked tirelessly to get my account straightened out, and were equally as frustrated with my experience. Everyone from the store manager down showed so much results in getting my account situated, and I am so grateful for them finally getting all the pieces put back together! It may have taken multiple visits, but each visit they got me a little bit closer to where we needed to go! Thank you again for fixing someone else’s mistake!”

“This Verizon location has one of the best customer service reps compared to other Verizons in the metro. Even though its the ine furthest away from my house, I prefer shopping here. They have Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Riley recently help us and was awesome as well. Wait is slightly long, but feels like queue moves faster than other mobile places. If it's is a longer wait, then you can take advantage of shopping in the mall in the meantime.”
