I went in for an oil change. They were very quick and very friendly.

The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant. They sent me a video of what the service technician did on the car and any items that would've been addressed if need be. Overall a good experience.

Maybe I caught them on a bad week, or maybe it's just the way it is, but difficult to get to the service department. Long hold times. 2 simple recalls completed so nothing really to say about the actual work performed.
