I scheduled a week in advance to get a recall on my BMW fixed.I had an 11 appointment, I sat waiting an hour, before they came and told me they didn't have the part.Now I get to wait until the part comes in & miss more work to get the recall fixed.Bad customer service!!!!?

The salesperson that helped us was full of information about the cars we were looking at. I was impressed. He sold my son an x7 and he is very happy with it.
