I was afraid to go through my account opening process because I didn't know the language well a few months ago, but great attention from the advisor and despite the language there was no problem in using a translator and I felt great throughout the entire process, thanks for the patience advisor Pascal.

Not sure why all the complaints but for me was a pleasant experience, was opening three new accounts and Robert always apologized for the time even tho I know may take some time was there for like an hour or so but was more because of the questions we did.
