“I recently went to T- mobile to see if they could resolve an issue. I was immediately greeted with a smile from a young lady named sienna. I than was introduced to a gentleman name Duy . He fixed my issue after researching and did an excellent job. Through out our conversation he was kind and persistent. Duy was very knowledgeable and I would recommend anyone to choose T- mobile.”
“Mark L. was a great help! He called me with plenty of notice to let me know he was running a little late on his previous installment, which most companies will not do. Then he called to let me know he was on his way, also something I haven't seen with other companies. He explained everything he was checking & what he was switching out or fixing. He let me know what the problem was and reassured me that it would be taken care of today. He also noticed that when it was fixed, the speeds weren't exactly where they needed to be yet so he got it all straightened out before finishing up the job. I really appreciate being informed & someone taking the extra step for a customer to have the best Internet performance. By far, the best customer service out of any provider I've had.”

He asked me if I was looking for a refurbished computer or one of their newer computer. Explaining to me all of my options. Then after he he helped me I chose what I wanted.He also asked me if he could help me set it up.. Then went on to tell me if I needed anything else I could come back and and they would help me. “Internet keeps cutting out. Only have one tv, 2 cell phones and a laptop that is intermittently connected so it’s not overloaded. Not impressed with it at all. I miss having premier communications but they don’t service here.7/24 Sparklight came out and replaced the cable and the internet works fine now. Changed my rating to reflect.”
