I just left my tire to be patched. One guy even checked the tire to ensure it was put on right for safety. “A couple of my coworkers have been going to Albert's for years, and I needed a new place to take my vehicles. We were getting ready for an annual trip, and my pickup needed new ball joints/bearings and I didn't have the time to get it done on my own at home. These guys were able to get me right in and get my old pickup driving like new again. I also had a service engine light, and Chad went through the trouble codes with me, they even repaired and cleared out a couple for me while they were diagnosing the ABS and Service Engine light. It was an expensive day, but well worth it in saving me time at home doing the same repairs that would have taken me much loner on my own to do. These guys are definitely my go-to now, I will be back!!!!”

“They were very understanding of my trade in and my wants of a new vehicle. They had very much trust in my word. My only issue is not specifically with the dealership but with all car dealerships, is when they try to upsell items that makes your car payments go up. When a customer says no, no means no. Maybe they can't afford it or they simple don't want it. They almost lost a sale because I had to say no 4 times & walk outside to cool off before they got the point. Overall, I highly recommend Ford and Junge Ford North Liberty.”

“My car had a vibration problem caused by the transmission. I took my car to get an estimate for the transmission to be repaired. They changed the transmission fluid 3 times and were able to get the vibration to go away. Of course it is only a temporary fix and the vibration could come back in a short time or the fix could last a long time. They were very professional and gave me the information I needed to make a decision on the best way to get the transmission repaired before it gets worse.”

He's done a very amazing job with emergency pick-ups/assistance, and very affordable. 10/10 my first towing choice everytime.everything. The pictures represent the precision of placement of the vehicle. Hoch' was able to get the vehicle In and out with a tow. That's low to limited spacing for vehicles of these sizes.”
