“Quality is in the very core of what this place is, they will send your vehicle back out to you in much better and cleaner condition then you took it in! There attention to detail is meticulous. You'll be hard pressed to ever find any paint match issues, or body fitment problems. The staff is top notch and will treat you like you're they're own family. They will address your concerns and keep you updated throughout the entire repair process, should you have any questions when you call you'll reach a friendly advisor rather than an answering service. There is not a shop in town that i'd trust more to repair my vehicle than Quality. Great job Guys!!!”

They were very knowledgeable about the problems and noise our car was making, fast at getting it done ,loaned us a car till ours was done which was a nice touch beings we didn't have an extra vehicle or someone to pick us up. “A couple of my coworkers have been going to Albert's for years, and I needed a new place to take my vehicles. We were getting ready for an annual trip, and my pickup needed new ball joints/bearings and I didn't have the time to get it done on my own at home. These guys were able to get me right in and get my old pickup driving like new again. I also had a service engine light, and Chad went through the trouble codes with me, they even repaired and cleared out a couple for me while they were diagnosing the ABS and Service Engine light. It was an expensive day, but well worth it in saving me time at home doing the same repairs that would have taken me much loner on my own to do. These guys are definitely my go-to now, I will be back!!!!”

“This is far and above the absolute best place to get your vehicle repaired. Not only is everyone who works here such genuinely friendly and helpful, they are also so knowledgeable and honest. This is truly the most honest car service I’ve ever been to in my almost 40 years on this earth. My car just hit 10 years old with over 150k miles and I can’t remember the last time it’s driven this well. I have recently had quite a few repairs done here and I know had I gone somewhere else, it would have been insanely more expensive. Not only are they superior in customer service and quality of services done, but they’re definitely one of, if not the most cost effective places to go. I recommend them to every single person who needs services done to their vehicle. I will be their customer as long as they’re around. Truly remarkable.”

“Absolutely first rate experience with Kevin and Dave. They fixed my Toyota but diagnosed it first and sent a digital report to show me what needed repairing. The repair cost was fair, the quality was great and they have earned my trust. I had taken this car to three different Cedar Rapids shops the previous week to have them diagnose the vehicle, (rather like a mystery shopper experience), each shop came up with nonsense repair estimate needs, from requiring a new brake master cylinder and possible ABS unit for $2,000, and another shop telling me I need a new head gasket "so sell the car or it may cost about $4,500". There was absolutely nothing wrong with the brakes or head gasket. I have mechanical knowledge and knew these shops mis diagnosed. What a shame. Anyway, Kevin and Dave, were straight shooters, diagnosed exactly what was necessary and charged accordingly. My Toyota is running great and I am very appreciative. Thank you very much.”

“Very friendly and courteous staff!! Recently had replaced tires on a vehicle and had to have them re-torqued prior to an expected road trip.
Without an appointment, on a very busy day, I randomly stopped in and a service tech went well out of his way to come out to the parking lot and ensure all four tires were properly torqued.
Provided peace of mind and the guy was just awesome. Sorry, didn't catch his name.”
“Bought a used car for our daughter who had wrecked her car in an accident. discovered on the drive home that it had an issue with the HVAC system. We live 3.5 hours away and had gotten car for our daughter that lives 12 hours away. The service department was very helpful to get the car in the shop and get it fixed in an expedited manner so we could get it to her as quickly as possible. Also did a couple of maintenance items for us at no charge and that I appreciated very much.”
“Contacted CR Toyota yesterday about bringing my 2020 Tundra in for 5k service. I have a 1 yr 15k Toyota PrePaid Service Plan that I received from Hiland Toyota in Moline when the truck was bought 3 months ago. The service staff on Thursday put in my VIN and saw the Plan and had e said they would honor it. On Friday I traveled to CR and went into the service area, showed them my vehicle info and the service plan. They rotated the tires as planned and then I was presented with a bill for $19.71 for labor. I call the Moline dealer and was told I should not be paying anything. I have called CR Toyota and talked to the receptionist, service staff, the finance department. All forwarded me to someone else or was asked to leave a message. Many messages left and no calls back yet. This is my 3rd Tundra and am not seeing much incentive to purchase my next one from CR.

“Kevin and crew have repaired my 2012 Expedition 4x4 system last year very good and price was fair. My Expedition is over at their shop now and is running rough different problem. I will update on this repair. Yet Kevin has been in business for a long time has always been fair I would expect the same treatment as before. Update coming next week.”
