“Hi I am making this review not to get anyone in trouble or fired, I want Hy Vee to train their team better! My wife doesn’t shop a lot at Hyvee and wanted to buy some paper napkins and ask two employees where the napkins are and they replied I am new here I don’t know where they are at. It’s a true statement they didn’t, so if the employee doesn’t know something they should be taught to find someone who does know. This skill isn’t taught in schools has to be taught in business. Again don’t want anyone in trouble just trained! Love you guys at Hyvee that’s why I posted this!

“Good store for the size of the community. They have way too many Hy-Vee brands, which can not compare to brand names in terms of taste. But, they do have some nicer items Walmart does not carry.”

“I'm sorry but anyone that'd give a food bank less than 5 stars has issues of their own and doesn't deserve help. Everytime I've been there the staff has been great which I can't say that about the people, they act like children fighting over the numbers they get and literally the order they come in the door, it's sad really really sad . So don't look at the 3 and 4 star post's because anyone willing to help now day's deserves 5 stars”
“Nice clean store.....had a very nice man(John)outside getting carts. I observed him singing with the music AND when he saw a handicap person coming towards the store he took a cart out to them also went n got the cart when they were done with it. Now that's customer service....”
