“hum where did the old listing go for this one?? well they are still here!! noon on a Tuesday.. prime time noon. later than I like to be in a Walmart.. but not too many in here! yea spacing is still a thing here spraying down the carts. the shelves looked better!! plenty to buy! plenty of eggs!, still not much in the toilet paper isle.. not sure what is up with that!! the rest of the store was properly restocked in the grocery area.. a few things kinda sparse.. but all in all they had items! restock for mom, so a bit of a quick rush around the store!! the one thing they could do is place the Walmart gift cards at the register!! they were near there... but not super handy!! and a tip! be sure to get a gift card and use it in murphy gas for a 3 cents off per gallon discount!!”

“One time I got bacon from the meat counter here. I asked the young man "how many strips of bacon is in half a pound?" He said "I don't know let's find out together." He grabbed a hunk-o-bacon and put it on the scale. Then he said "Aw, wow, there's hella bacon up in that half pound." Now every time my husband and I plan to buy bacon, we say that we need "hella bacon"All thanks to mystery man at Hy-Vee meat counter. Other than the bacon shenanigans at the meat counter, I also think it's very nice that the ladies at the registers don't judge me when I go in every single morning for one blueberry muffin and a single can of energy drink... when a normal person would just buy a package of muffins and a 6 pack of beverages so they don't have to go to the grocery store daily... we've all got our weird idiosyncrasies and I'm glad to not be judged by the helpful smiles at Hy-Vee Oskaloosa for mine.”

“Always had a great experience in Oskaloosa's Walmart but this last week me n my brother went through a check out line for the first time in a long time but my card wouldn't work an I was already upset about it and three workers came over but they were rude about it n laughed at me”

“This is the best store. Fully stocked, but not to the point of being overwhelmed. The meat department is really exceptional the customer service is very good. Overall, clean, efficient, great sales at the meat department(that really benefits low income customers.) Also, great sales and low prices.”
