“Alarms were ringing on a Friday afternoon as I quickly pulled off the exit into Osceola. My engine was overheating and we were only half-way to our Kansas City destination, and a good ways from home. I took a chance on Rusty’s, as it was closest repair shop I could find, and boy, am I glad I did. I rolled in at 1:15 Pm in a panic, and in 15 min they had diagnosed the problem (leaking water pump), called and checked on getting the parts, gauged how long it would take to repair, had a reasonable estimate for the work needed, and best of all— kindly agreed to tackle it that afternoon. (When they already had plenty of other work to do.) They miraculously got my car repaired, and us on the road by 5pm on a Friday afternoon. I’m extremely grateful for their service, and kindness in tackling it so quickly. She’s been running great since!”

“While traveling across US 34 I experienced tire trouble with a trailer I was towing. A quick call confirmed they had the tires I needed so I proceeded onto their shop. Once I arrived they began swapping out my poor tires for new ones even though it was their lunch hour. Great service and putting the customer first made this a good experience. Would recommend to anyone needing tires in Osceola.”
