The day after that the water pump, thermostat and belt were replaced for a very fair price. I thought my front end was screwed, but Kevin gave me peace of mind that it wasn't as bad as I thought. Just a few replacements on driver side tire. Super fair priced. He never tried to push extra stuff on me to replace this/that like other businesses. Although I trusted him also to tell me if something was absolutely necessary. “I very pleased withservice department in Indianola, Iowa. They treat me with nothing but kindness and respect. They have consistently provided excellent workmanship in servicing my 2018 Ford. Fusion Hybrid SE. Often, my service advisor (Rick) instructs me to bring my car in without an appointment. If the wait is longer than an hour, they provide a driver to bring me home (which is twenty seven miles away); then deliver my car to me at home after ALL service requirements are completed. . This is a tremendous service benefit because it allows me to take care of any pressing concern by addressing them sooner not later; before they become critical or worse, fail altogether. I truly appreciate having my vehicle serviced while the problems or issues are fresh in my mind. This dealership has earned my trust, and that is not always easy with an industry unsure of the future . When they must replace parts my service advisors (usually James or Rick) always show me the bad or dysfunctional component and provide me with an accurate estimate of time and costs. These guys are highly devoted to customer satisfaction and it really shows,”

I called my husband and told him about the wreck and he said to leave there and take my car to Details Plus Collision Center in Indianola. He proceeded to say, this is the best collision shop and he wanted only them to fix my car. He thinks the guy that works there does fantastic work. I wish I knew his name.
