“I went to Next Generation Wireless in North Liberty to discuss phone upgrade options and Alex assisted me upgrading my plan and helped me get a new I phone 13. The phone is amazing but it does not float !! With that said, yes I lost it in the Coralville reservoir 2 days later. I called the North Liberty store and they had my old phone re activated in less than an hour and I filed an insurance claim at 8:00 Friday night and had a replacement phone in my hands Monday evening. I could not have asked for any better service. Thanks again! Dave”

At first I wanted a deal but it was online only did the in store pickup and was ready within 50 minutes said it would take 2 hours I did it an hour and a half before they closed. Very helpful worker and seems to have great worth ethic, big store too! Lots of space”

“Nelson is the most patient most reserved sales associate I’ve dealt with. He does not bombard you or get pushy. He listens to what you are saying and only acknowledges the things you want without trying to sell you everything in the store. And I know he’s good because I didn’t want to spend money but I DECIDED to spend money ?. Job well done! The store also has a great environmental with great staff. “I can't say enough good things about Best Buy. People tend to criticize the larger chain stores, but my experience at the Coralville Best Buy was great! I purchased a new computer (processor and monitor), decided to take advantage of their Best Buy Total (protection plan), and had them do the data transfer and secure scrub of my old processor. There was no hard sell, and everybody I spoke with answered my questions and was knowledgeable and personable. From start to finish, everything was smooth and without stress.
