“I went to Next Generation Wireless in North Liberty to discuss phone upgrade options and Alex assisted me upgrading my plan and helped me get a new I phone 13. The phone is amazing but it does not float !! With that said, yes I lost it in the Coralville reservoir 2 days later. I called the North Liberty store and they had my old phone re activated in less than an hour and I filed an insurance claim at 8:00 Friday night and had a replacement phone in my hands Monday evening. I could not have asked for any better service. Thanks again! Dave”

“Internet went down yesterday (first time in 3.5 years, which is amazing in and of itself) and spoke with someone who was so polite and tried to help me troubleshoot. That didn’t work so they said a technician would be coming next day. Received a call back a few hours later with a different gentleman who was also so polite and tried to help me troubleshoot further and unfortunately that didn’t work.
