“This is far and above the absolute best place to get your vehicle repaired. Not only is everyone who works here such genuinely friendly and helpful, they are also so knowledgeable and honest. This is truly the most honest car service I’ve ever been to in my almost 40 years on this earth. My car just hit 10 years old with over 150k miles and I can’t remember the last time it’s driven this well. I have recently had quite a few repairs done here and I know had I gone somewhere else, it would have been insanely more expensive. Not only are they superior in customer service and quality of services done, but they’re definitely one of, if not the most cost effective places to go. I recommend them to every single person who needs services done to their vehicle. I will be their customer as long as they’re around. Truly remarkable.”

“Very friendly and courteous staff!! Recently had replaced tires on a vehicle and had to have them re-torqued prior to an expected road trip.
Without an appointment, on a very busy day, I randomly stopped in and a service tech went well out of his way to come out to the parking lot and ensure all four tires were properly torqued.
Provided peace of mind and the guy was just awesome. Sorry, didn't catch his name.”

“My family was out there for my son’s baseball tournament. Leaving the parking lot on a Sunday afternoon my Tahoe blew a heating hose. I was able to find A&M Auto online and Matt answered the phone when most other places were closed.He was able to get the part, fix the car, and get me back on my way to Chicago. While he was working he showed me everything he was doing and explained why it happened. “Excellent service! The climate controls were sticking on my heater/air conditioner to the point where I couldn't turn the knobs to adjust any of the settings. My mechanic suggested I take my car to H&S and I'm glad I did! They were very honest with me and got the controls fixed at a price I could afford. “I highly recommend this place if you are ever in need of a tire. While traveling through, I was sideswiped by a semi and my trailer tire got damaged. I called CRT to see if they had a tire that would fit my trailer. They said they had three in stock. When I arrived, the guy behind the counter went to get them for me. He quickly realized that the tires had been sitting too long and were no longer good.
He could have easily just sold them to me or he could have upsold me for much more expensive tires. Instead he took the bad tires off the rims, replaced them with radials and charged me almost exactly the same price.
Great customer service and honest business practices like this seem to be harder to find these days and it was a breath of fresh air to experience it all in one place.”

“Quality is in the very core of what this place is, they will send your vehicle back out to you in much better and cleaner condition then you took it in! There attention to detail is meticulous. You'll be hard pressed to ever find any paint match issues, or body fitment problems. The staff is top notch and will treat you like you're they're own family. They will address your concerns and keep you updated throughout the entire repair process, should you have any questions when you call you'll reach a friendly advisor rather than an answering service. There is not a shop in town that i'd trust more to repair my vehicle than Quality. Great job Guys!!!”
