“I completed the 6 week challenge (for the 2nd time) last week and am happy to say it was a success. The first week is tough to get through if you’re just getting into the swing of working out, but once you do, you start seeing results very quickly. I lost 5-6 lbs my first week. The next couple of weeks I plateaued and the coaches worked with me to adjust my calorie intake. That adjustment was critical to my success in completing the challenge and meeting my goals. All the coaches, Eddie, Lauren, Chico, and Joe were there to answer any questions I had about the workouts, food intake, supplements, etc., and they did it with a smile. The coaches also do a great job bringing energy and pushing you through each workout. The variety of the workouts is my favorite part of the program. They do a fantastic job of switching things up on a daily/weekly basis. If you’re looking to get your fitness journey started or need to press the reset button after some time off from the gym, I can’t recommend this gym and program enough.”

I’m just not disciplined enough to work out on my own, so the coach-led workouts with other people is perfect for me. It’s helped me maintain my weight, improve my heart health and get stronger.”
“I was excited to start the 6 week weight loss challenge. I wanted to lose weight and get healthier but I also knew it would be hard. The coaches and members are very encouraging. My friends and family gave me motivation and encouragement that I needed also. The diet was very strict but you are eating every 3 hours. The private facebook groups were nice to see everyones progress, and ask questions. I am happy to say that I was able to lose 28.6 lbs in my first 6 week challenge. I had the opportunity to do a second 6 week challenge.The second 6 week challenge was tougher for me. I was able to lose 20 lbs in the last 6 weeks. It's crazy that I have lost 48.6 lbs in 12 weeks. I know I wouldn't have been able to lose this weight on my own. The trainers are so awesome, push you and want you to succeed. Thanks to Elite Edge for the support and pushing me in the workouts.”

I would highly highly highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for that little push to get you over the hump of starting their journey. Each day is different and strength days are rotated with cardio days so it's easier to get into a routine of going consistently without over working any particular muscle group. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and provide modifications both to make exercises more difficult or to make it easier or to adjust for any past or present injuries you may have. I've been attending for 3 years now and have gained a ton of strength and cardio endurance, as well as a better feel for what my personal goals are outside of just "losing a few pounds". Health and wellness is so important!”

“I love that the workouts are different and challenging everyday, eliminating burnout and or boredom. Love the working out in a group setting with a personal trainer but yet individual goal driven! The heart monitoring tool is great for measuring performance output along with the continual reminders and education from the trainers on reading and listening to your body. A very FUN environment with like minded individuals, supporting each other, creating a awesome community! And, it's just 1 hour out of the day, boom, done!! The results and health benefits are outstanding with consistency, key word, consistency!”
