“The cargo van we rented the exterior was very dirty/muddy but the interior was clean. When we returned it the associate that processed the return he himself didn’t seem happy when I told him the van exterior was dirty. It’s like he wasn’t surprised it was dirty which means someone else didn’t do their job cleaning the van when it was returned. The associate pulled the van to the uhaul garage and started washing it immediately. Otherwise everything was fine.”

“Entry gate did not work. Had to wait for someone to leave the facility to get in. Thought at first my code was bad but another person who was behind me couldn’t get his code to work either. He stated he had the same problem earlier in the day. Luckily I only had one trip. The guy had 2 more to go. Facility was clean though and well kept. Only complaint was the gate. Don’t want to waste time on moving day and a storm blowing in.”
