“I applaud whoever at the Toyota place in Grimes suggested to me ( I’m clueless about cars btw that )I could perhaps buy my two filters for my car at a place like O’Reillys ( about a mile away ) in Grimes so that’s what I did recently. What I love about grimes is that a big part of it is so new. This store is very new. The guys were nice and laid back and helped me get what I needed. However I had no idea how to install the filters but luckily had help fromsomeone who did. Thx.”

“First, before I had even gone to them for service, but had made an appointment, I got an email wishing me a happy birthday. I got there on my appt date, a bit early, and they took my car to get a start on it. I sat in the customer area, which was clean and organized.
